Airbnb Pickup
- Pickup from Airbnb or unstaffed accommodation is available with a scheduled meetup.
- Choose your meetup time: 8 am, 9 am, or 10 am.
- Be outside your accommodation (or your selected spot) 10 minutes before your time.
- Our driver arrives at your selected time and waits up to 10 minutes.
Booking & Cancellation
- ✱Booking: Must be completed by midnight (local time) the day before.
- ✱Change/Cancellation: You can change or cancel without any costs by midnight the day before. No changes or cancellations are available after that time.
- ✱[Airport → Hotel Delivery] If you are unable to use the service due to flight delays or natural disasters, 80% of the payment amount will be credited as loyalty points (*Coupons and other free benefits are non-refundable).
- ✱Make sure to book with your English name that exactly matches your passport.
Must-Knows
- ✱Following rules are applied for bag counts:
- For luggage sets, please book 2 bags.
- Unbooked items such as shopping bags, backpacks, and ready bags will not be picked up.
- Neck pillows not placed inside luggage will not be picked up due to concerns about loss/contamination. - ✱Each bag: up to 32" and 30kg. Irregular-shaped items are not accepted (e.g., strollers, car seats, instruments, sports gear).
- ✱Packages are not eligible for insurance or any promotions, and extra fees may apply depending on the size.
- ✱ To ensure accurate pickup, please upload photos of your luggage/tag to the “Track My Luggage” link on the top menu
- ✱Please lock up your bag. We are not responsible for any loss of items inside the bag.
- ✱Always carry your passport, travel documents, and valuables with you.
- ✱ For deliveries to/from Jeju, luggage is shipped via air courier - different prohibited and restricted item rules apply.
Other Inquiries
To report damaged/lost luggage, please contact us via the chat bubble within 6 hours of delivery.
For external damage or loss of luggage during delivery, compensation is up to KRW 300,000(*Handles and wheels are excluded from compensation). Compensation for items inside the luggage is not available. We recommend not placing fragile items, valuables, or cash in your luggage.
