STEP 2
Book & Pay
Enter the delivery details, including the address and contact info. Check shipping rates by measuring the weight and volume.\n(Easily verify with our Cass Smart Scale on-site)
STEP 3
Drop Off
Visit the Goodlugg Luggage Center at Coex, hand your package to our staff, and receive a tracking receipt.
Prohibited Items
Items restricted from aircraft loading or prohibited by the Universal Postal Union cannot be accepted. If any prohibited items are detected during security screening at the International Postal Logistics Center, the package will be returned to the Goodlugg Luggage Center, and
a return fee will apply

Important Information

Any prohibited items will be excluded if discovered before shipping. Storage is available for up to 3 months. No refund will be issued for price difference if we reship those items by sea.

Goodlugg shipping fees do not cover any duties or taxes applicable in the destination country. You are responsible for the return shipping fees and any duties and taxes for packages returned due to customs clearance failures.
3.
In the event of customs detection due to false declaration of contents, no compensation will be provided, and legal responsibility may be imposed depending on the situation.
