Must-Knows
- ✱Shopping bags: max L+W+H 100 cm and 7 kg per bag. Larger items: book as a suitcase.
- ✱Seal your shopping bag with the stickers provided so nothing falls out.
- ✱No valuables, cash, fragile items or luxury designer bags.
- ✱Your shopping bags are delivered to your Seoul hotel's front desk. Hotel booking number and voucher required.
- ✱Same-day bookings are non-refundable.

To report damaged/lost luggage, please contact us via the chat bubble within 6 hours of delivery.
For external damage or loss of luggage during delivery, compensation is up to KRW 300,000(*Handles and wheels are excluded from compensation). Compensation for items inside the luggage is not available. We recommend not placing fragile items, valuables, or cash in your luggage.
