Yes. Goodlugg offers same-day luggage delivery on its Korea routes. If you want your luggage delivered a few days later, you can schedule it also (for a later delivery date, the first storage day is complimentary - a storage fee of KRW 5,000/bag per day will be applied after that).
Yes. Goodlugg delivers luggage from your hotel to the airport so you can travel to your departure hands-free. Book the hotel-to-airport route, then pick up your luggage at our desk at Incheon Airport (Terminal 1 or 2), or Gimpo Airport (International Terminal).

Compensation Exceptions for Damage
Goodlugg takes every measure to ensure the safe handling of your luggage, including using designated vehicles for luggage delivery. However, Goodlugg is not liable for age-related deterioration, such as damage to handles and wheels caused by normal wear and tear or repeated use. Additionally, minor scratches, dents, or stains commonly occurring during standard luggage handling are not covered.
