  • How to upload luggage photos (Choose 1)

  • Booking & Cancellation (*Based on local time)

    ∙ Booking: until midnight prior to service before service use

    ∙ Changes & cancellations: Bookings can be changed or canceled without a cancellation fee up to until midnight prior to service before service use. After that, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are possible.

    [Airport → Hotel Service] If the service cannot be used due to flight delays, natural disasters, etc., 80% of the payment will be credited as points (coupons and free benefits are non-refundable).

    When booking, please use the English name on your passport, matching the name on your hotel reservation.


  • Important notes when dropping off luggage

    ∙ Please double-check the number of bags when booking.
    - Please book set-type suitcases as 2 pieces of luggage.
    - Unreserved shopping bags, backpacks, ready bags, etc. will not be picked up.
    - Neck pillows not placed inside the suitcase will not be picked up due to risk of loss or damage.
    - Large items other than suitcases cannot be delivered. (e.g., electric/smart suitcases, foldable strollers, bicycles, musical instruments, etc.)
    - For restricted items, discounts and free benefits do not apply, and additional charges may apply depending on size.

    ∙ For accurate luggage collection, please upload the tag photo received from the hotel and a photo of your luggage to "View My Luggage Location" on Goodlugg.

    ∙ Please keep each suitcase under 20kg and within 28 inches whenever possible.

    ∙ Please make sure to lock your bag. We are not responsible for items (including valuables) lost due to unlocked bags.
    *Please carry your passport and flight documents with you personally.


  • Information Card

    When leaving your luggage at the hotel lobby, please show the information card below to the staff to ensure collection.

    It states that Goodlugg will come to pick up your luggage between 2:00 and 5:00 PM.

    *Depending on the hotel, pickup may occur 1–2 hours before the airport meeting time.


  • Other Inquiries
  • For damage or loss during delivery, please contact the Goodlugg KakaoTalk Channel within 6 hours (ID: goodlugg).

    Compensation of up to 300,000 KRW is provided for external damage or loss of the suitcase. (Handles and wheels are excluded.)
    Compensation is not provided for items inside the suitcase, so please do not pack fragile items, valuables, cash, etc. (External damage to items other than suitcases, such as boxes or shopping bags, is also not eligible for compensation.)
    Damage Compensation Exceptions
