Booking and Cancellation

ㆍBooking/Change: you can book or change up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time

※ Booking without any price changes such as pick-up method, luggage details or personal info can be modified, and to change the flight details, pick-up location or number of luggage, please cancel your exisiting booking and book again at least 24 hours before the departure.

ㆍCancellation/Refund: You can cancel and get a full refund by 24 hour before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation and refund cannot be done after that time.

※ Departure time is the ETD on your airline booking confirmation

Delivery Time
  • ㆍBasically, bags are delivered within 6 hours from flight arrival For flights arriving after 11:00 pm, deliveries to other destinations than to a hotel will be compled by noon the following day. Luggage will be secured and stored with the airlines Baggage Service Office overnight until 8:00 am for pickup by our agent
  • ㆍIn case your baggage is delayed due to the operational issues of your flight, Goodlugg will contact you to inform of the delay and provide you with the airline contact information to file a claim. We will refund your Goodlugg service charge. The airline will be responsible for the final delivery of your baggage.
  • ㆍDelivery can be delayed due to increment weather or traffic due to increment weather or traffic
Please Note:
  • ㆍYou must check in your luggage at the departure airport and bypass baggage claim at the arrival airport. Our agent will pick up and deliver to your final destination. Please note that delivery cannot be made if you pick up your bags at the baggage claim.
  • ㆍWe can deliver any luggage if it meets US travel guidelines for checked baggage with exception of live animals. Pets cannot be delivered. You should come and pick up your luggage at the airport if any problems are detected.
  • ㆍFor deliveries to other destinations than to a hotel, provide detailed delivery instructions, such as directions for accessing propperties with a gate or security codes, where to leave the bags.
Lost or Damaged Luggage
  • ㆍGoodlugg accepts liability for lost or damages luggage during the delivery process up to KRW 500,000 per bag or KRW 1000,000 per passenger.ㆍGoodlugg accepts liability for lost or damages luggage during the delivery process up to KRW 500,000 per bag or KRW 1000,000 per passenger.
  • ㆍIf your bag has been lost or damaged by an airline, Goodlugg will contact you to inform this. You will then need to file a claim with the airline directly. If your luggage is lost, we will refund your Goodlugg service charge.

  • You have to contact US local customer service for the following cases:
  • ㆍIf your flight schedule is changed (to earlier/ later flight)
  • ㆍIf your flight is canceled or diverted due to increment weather or aircraft problem (Once verified, the order can be cancalled and refunded without any fees)
